Add around 5oz (150ml) water and one cube to a cup.
STEP 2
Microwave it for 2-4 mins and then let it site in microwave for 3 mins.
Note: Agar agar dissolves at 194°F to 212°F (90°C to 100° C). Actual time depends on the microwave oven.
Alternatively, bring water with sugar cube to full boil and simmer for 3 minutes. If the cube isn’t fully dissolved, microwave or boil for additional mins.

Hot Agar Drink
Add additional water (suggested up to 5 oz) to adjust the thickness and temperature.
Cold Agar Drink
Add iced cubes (suggested up to 5 oz). Note: stirring with ice cubes will create a different texture and thickness for the drink.
Jelly
Simply refrigerate it. Usually 1-2 hours.
